    * Ensure system security through cybersecurity training and mitigating controls.
    * Develop and foster strong relationships with other stakeholders to drive implementations, resolve issues, and enhance processes.
    * Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for consistent and reliable department operations.
    * Develop and manage the IT budget.
    * Be generally available during off-hours for support as needed (infrequent).
