    Team Leadership and Development:

    Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants, guiding them in project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery, and providing professional growth opportunities.

    Foster an environment of continuous improvement by encouraging knowledge sharing, collaboration, and skill development within the team.

    Coordinate resource allocation to ensure that project needs are met and workloads are balanced effectively.

    Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the team's development initiatives.

    Continuous Improvement and Best Practices:

    Stay informed on the latest developments within ERP technologies, particularly in relation to system advancements and industry trends.

    Contribute to the development of internal consulting methodologies, best practices, and reusable templates to improve efficiency and quality of delivery.

    Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements within client organisations to optimise ERP performance.

    Share insights and recommendations for enhancing client processes and work-flows to drive greater efficiency and business value.

    Key Skills & Experience:

    At least 7 years of experience in ERP functional consulting with proven expertise in implementing solutions within industries such as manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and CRM.

    In-depth knowledge of ERP software modules, including Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and CRM, and the ability to configure and optimise them to meet specific business needs.

    Strong background in business process analysis and the ability to design effective solutions based on client requirements.

    Exceptional client-facing skills with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

    Experience in creating detailed documentation, training materials, and user manuals that translate complex ERP processes into accessible content.

    Prior experience working in an ERP partner environment or similar consulting role is advantageous.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Relevant ERP software certifications in areas such as Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.

    A degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

    Experience with Time & Materials (T&M) project delivery models and managing consulting projects in a professional services environment.
