    Our long time customer, a leading Nordic retailer is looking for an experienced SAP Application Manager to lead the management, optimisation, and support of their SAP landscape.

    This role is pivotal in ensuring our SAP systems deliver operational excellence, align with business objectives, and support strategic growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Own the SAP application portfolio (ECC/S4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.) and ensure system stability and performance.
    * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
    * Manage SAP upgrades, patches, and enhancement projects, ensuring minimal disruption.
    * Lead and mentor a team of SAP specialists and coordinate with external partners.
    * Ensure compliance with data security, GDPR, and audit requirements across SAP modules.
    * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP processes and user experience.
    * Oversee integration between SAP and other enterprise systems.



    Qualifications

    * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field.
    * Proven experience in SAP application management (ECC or S/4HANA preferred).
    * Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.) and business processes.
    * Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
    * Ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues and deliver timely solutions.
    * Experience with SAP Basis, security, and integration tools is a plus.
    * Norwegian language fluency
