.Key Responsibilities:
Provide SYSPRO ERP consultancy to clients, both remotely and on-site
Make recommendations for process improvements and system configurations
Implement changes within SYSPRO ERP and related products
Lead and manage projects, ensuring successful delivery
Contribute to larger team-based projects
Implement SYSPRO ERP and related products for new clients
Upgrade SYSPRO ERP and related products for existing clients
Import and manipulate data within SQL databases using SQL tools
Offer 2nd line support for users of SYSPRO ERP and related products
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service
Manage customer relationships and expectations effectively
Produce high-quality project, handover, and technical documentation
Deliver customer training and demonstrations on SYSPRO ERP and related products
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
Good working knowledge of SYSPRO ERP (minimum 2 years of experience)
Previous experience in ERP consultancy and/or support (minimum 2 years)
Strong knowledge of SQL Server administration, query language, and programming
Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing and distribution sectors
Basic knowledge of UK accounting processes and terminology
Desirable:

VB Scripts
MS Access and MS Excel
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Label printing technologies (such as BarTender or NiceLabel)

Qualifications:
No formal qualifications are required, but experience in a similar role is essential.
A full, clean UK driving licence is required for travel to client sites.
