Nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) Fonctionnel(le) Sage X3 spécialisé(e) en finance pour accompagner nos clients dans la mise en place et l'optimisation de leur ERP Sage X3 Finance. Vous interviendrez sur toutes les étapes du projet, de l'analyse des besoins à la formation des utilisateurs.

Missions principales :

* Analyse des besoins clients : Collaborer avec les équipes financières pour comprendre et documenter les besoins fonctionnels.
* Paramétrage de Sage X3 : Configurer les modules financiers (comptabilité générale, auxiliaire, trésorerie, etc.) et les adapter aux spécificités métiers du client.
* Support et optimisation : Assurer un support fonctionnel, résoudre les incidents, et proposer des améliorations pour optimiser l'utilisation de l'ERP.
* Formation et documentation : Former les utilisateurs et rédiger des supports de formation ainsi que des documentations sur les processus mis en place.
* Gestion de projet : Suivre les différentes étapes des projets clients, coordonner les équipes internes et respecter les délais de livraison.

Profil recherché :

* Formation : Bac+3/+5 en finance, gestion ou informatique.
* Expérience : 3 ans minimum en consulting Sage X3 avec une expertise dans les modules financiers.
* Compétences : Excellente compréhension des processus financiers, maîtrise de Sage X3, bonnes capacités analytiques et organisationnelles.
* Qualités : Autonomie, écoute active, esprit d'équipe, et capacité de communication avec des équipes non techniques.

Le profil idéal possède une double expertise : une solide expérience en comptabilité et/ou finance, complétée par une évolution vers le consulting ERP Finance, notamment sur Sage X3.
Une expérience préalable dans des contextes de multi-législation serait un atout.

Mission :
Vous accompagnerez la DSI dans la refonte des processus métiers et l'alignement de plusieurs entreprises, chacune ayant ses propres cultures et méthodes de travail, autour d'un core model unifié pour le groupe.
L'ERP choisi est Sage X3 V12.



Modalités :

Skills & Qualifications
