    Le rôle et ses missions

    En tant que Senior Manager Digital RH, vous jouerez un rôle clé à la fois opérationnel et stratégique :

    * Pilotage et conseil : vous prendrez la responsabilité de missions d'envergure auprès de grands clients (audit RH, transformation de la fonction RH, change management, reengineering de processus, amélioration du dialogue social).
    * Développement commercial : vous serez en première ligne sur l'axe commercial - identification des opportunités, avant-vente, élaboration de propositions, construction et animation de votre réseau, relation directe avec les décideurs - et veillerez à garantir la satisfaction client et la tenue des engagements.
    * Innovation et digitalisation RH : vous accompagnerez les directions RH dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de leur stratégie de transformation digitale et d'innovation.
    * Leadership interne : vous participerez activement à la structuration de l'offre « Conseil & Innovation RH », au recrutement et au management des consultants, tout en capitalisant sur les retours d'expérience.

    Ce poste s'adresse à un professionnel expérimenté, issu d'une formation supérieure, avec une solide expérience en conseil RH, en avant-vente et en conduite de projets de transformation digitale. Vous avez déjà évolué en cabinet de conseil ou en start-up spécialisée en Digital RH et disposez d'un parcours probant en innovation RH et management d'équipes.

    Votre rôle

    En tant que HR Business Leader, vous aurez la responsabilité opérationnelle des services récurrents Paie pour un portefeuille de clients. Vous serez garant de la qualité de service, en assurant le suivi et la coordination des prestations planifiées avec vos interlocuteurs. Vos missions incluront :
