Job Description:
We are seeking exceptional talent for the role of IT Business Analyst to become part of our client's expanding team in Hong Kong. They are a global leading retail company with over 50 years of history. This position is essential in supporting our IT business partnering function and engaging in daily operations within a dynamic and thriving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Under the IT Project Management, he/she will serve as the IT liaison for assigned business areas, facilitating technology development, demand management, and solution exploration.
* Assist with all phases of system implementation, including testing, installation, configuration, upgrades, user training, and post-launch support.
* Execute the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process for effective data integration.
* Utilize SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for report generation and data analysis.
* Contribute to IT business analysis, process mapping, and project management tasks.
* Collaborate daily with business units and system vendors to provide application support.
* Identify and troubleshoot issues related to business applications.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administrations, Supply Chain or related field.
* Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably within global scale organisations
* Experience in supply chain related field is a plus
* Proficient in SQL Server and Microsoft 365 applications.
* Familiarity with system integration (e.g., EDI, API) is preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English.
* Strong team player with great communication and presentation skills.
* Great interpersonal skills with the ability to analyze problems and create effective solutions.
