    * Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support to clients post-implementation.
    * Stay Updated: Keep abreast of SAP SuccessFactors updates, new features, and industry best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.

    Qualifications:

    * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    * Experience in SAP SuccessFactors project implementation.
    * Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, and Learning Management.
    * Proven experience in project management and client engagement.
    * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
    * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
    * SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
    * Candidates with more experiences would be considered as Senior.
