    Position Overview:

    As a Financial Consultant for Epicor ERP, you will play a crucial role in delivering successful software solutions to our clients across multiple projects simultaneously.

    Ideally, candidates should reside in or near the Midlands, with convenient access to the motorway network. The role involves occasional travel, requiring you to be away from home for 2 to 3 days each month, as well as attending the Midlands office twice monthly.

    You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and the Professional Services team to achieve project objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leveraging your financial and accounting expertise, you will oversee the implementation of Epicor ERP's financial modules for clients.

    Your role includes ensuring timely project completion while proactively identifying any potential issues that could affect implementation schedules.

    You will be involved in various aspects of the financial modules, such as designing the chart of accounts, configuring settings, managing tax setups, handling multi-currency and multi-company transactions, facilitating consolidations, and training end-users.

    Qualifications:

    A solid background in financial accounting, ideally supported by a formal accounting qualification.
    Proven experience in implementing financial ERP systems is essential. Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP (Version 10 or later) financial or have worked as an ERP financial implementation consultant with a tier 2 or 3 product.
    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for interacting effectively with all levels of staff, from directors to junior employees, including conducting training sessions for both individuals and larger groups.
    A proactive and flexible approach to service delivery is essential, coupled with the ability to work independently in new and challenging environments.
    You should demonstrate emotional resilience when facing pressure or setbacks and approach your work with professionalism, commitment, and enthusiasm. Decision-making skills, sound judgement, and common sense are key attributes.
    Basic technical knowledge of ERP solutions, along with proficient MS Office skills, is also required.
