The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving and delivering successful ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring project success from initiation through completion.
    Key Responsibilities:
    * Lead ERP Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP (Epicor) projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    * Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
    * Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
    * Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, and business personnel.
    * Epicor Expertise: Use your Epicor knowledge to troubleshoot system issues, suggest improvements, and ensure the ERP system is optimized for business needs.
    * Reporting: Provide detailed project reports, KPIs, and progress updates to senior management.
    * Resource Management: Ensure proper allocation of resources and manage project changes to maintain scope, quality, and timing.
    * Training & Support: Provide post-implementation support and training to key users of the Epicor system.
    Key Requirements:
    * Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on ERP systems (preferably Epicor).
    * Strong understanding of Epicor ERP systems including implementation, customization, and integrations.
    * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
    * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering within scope, budget, and timelines.
    * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.)
    * PM certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus but not mandatory.
    * Experience in industries like manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain is desirable.

    Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring risks and issues are proactively mitigated.

    Requirements:
