    Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to lead and deliver critical business system projects across our operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex ERP/WMS implementations, upgrades, and integration's in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    *

    Lead end-to-end project delivery of ERP and WMS initiatives, from scoping to go-live.
    *

    Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, develop project plans, and ensure successful execution.
    *

    Manage time-lines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring risks and issues are proactively mitigated.
    *

    Facilitate project governance, reporting, and communication across all levels of the business.
    *

    Ensure ERP and WMS solutions are integrated effectively and support operational efficiency and scalability.
    *

    Support change management activities and user adoption across impacted teams.

    Requirements:

    *

    Proven experience delivering ERP projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
    *

    Hands-on experience with WMS platforms and integration into wider ERP ecosystems.
    *

    Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
    *

    Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
    *

    Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and warehousing processes is highly desirable.
    *

    PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

    Job description

    We're looking for a skilled Network Systems Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in 3rd Line Support, network infrastructure, and Microsoft Purview to take on a hands-on role in a fast-paced, growing environment.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving IT systems and network infrastructure while ensuring optimal performance and security across the organisation.

    Key Responsibilities

    *

    Provide advanced 3rd Line IT support across all systems and infrastructure
    *

    Monitor, manage, and maintain the core network and server environment
    *

    Oversee system performance and proactively resolve technical issues
    *

    Implement and maintain security protocols and compliance using Microsoft Purview
    *

    Work with the wider IT team to deliver new system implementations and upgrades
    *

    Assist in planning for disaster recovery and business continuity
    *

    Ensure documentation is up to date and aligned with internal standards

    Requirements

    *

    Proven experience in a 3rd Line Support or similar IT infrastructure role (up to 5 years)
    *

    Strong technical knowledge of:

    *

    Microsoft Purview
    *

    Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP
    *

    Virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware or Hyper-V)
    *

    Networking protocols, switches, firewalls, and routing

    *

    Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
    *

    Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
    *

    Strong communication and documentation abilities
    *

    A proactive, solutions-focused approach

    Nice to Have

    *

    Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA)
    *

    Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure environments
    *

    Familiarity with ITIL practices
