Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Epicor Developer for a contract position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Epicor ERP system solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong background in Epicor development and is looking to contribute to the ongoing success of our client's business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and implement Epicor ERP solutions to meet business needs.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions within Epicor.
Customise and enhance Epicor modules, including but not limited to manufacturing, financials, and distribution.
Support and maintain Epicor ERP system, resolving issues and ensuring system performance.
Work on integration of Epicor with third-party applications and systems.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams during the development and deployment phases.
Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure alignment between system functionality and business processes.
Produce clear and detailed documentation for all developments and configurations.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise code to enhance system performance.
Participate in training end-users on new functionality, features, and improvements.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience as an Epicor Developer, with a strong understanding of the Epicor ERP system.
Expertise in Epicor development tools such as Epicor ERP Studio, BPMs, BAQs, and Crystal Reports.
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, and other relevant programming languages.
Experience in Epicor integration and data migration.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
