    Job Description

    Our in-house client is seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their growing and dynamic team supporting key HR technology initiatives and new project implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SuccessFactors module configuration and support, with a focus on delivering effective solutions and ensuring seamless system integration.

    Responsibilities:

    * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and obtaining sign-off.
    * Provide ongoing support and configuration for various SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Benefits, Leave Management, Timesheets, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Onboarding, and Offboarding.
    * Assist in planning, executing, and documenting comprehensive testing cycles, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
    * Partner with vendors and internal teams to support application maintenance, upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting efforts.
    * Manage integration points between SuccessFactors and other business systems such as SAP S/4HANA, payroll platforms, and third-party applications.
    * Maintain strong communication with end users and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and rapport throughout projects.

    Qualifications:

    * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    * At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors modules and providing functional support.
    * Knowledge of integration between SuccessFactors and ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), Concur, or other third-party tools.
    * Familiarity with data analysis technologies is a plus.
    * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate requirements and propose practical solutions.
    * Proven ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues efficiently.
    * Experience with HR process automation and efficiency improvements is advantageous.
    * Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
    * Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working across cross-functional teams and external vendors.
    * Experience in system testing, user training, and documentation is essential.
