Qualifier et traiter les demandes entrantes (outil de ticketing, email, téléphone) en respectant les SLA (anomalies, demandes de support utilisateur, demandes de travaux, évolutions)

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Support and further development of the SAP SuccessFactors modules.
* Advice and technical support for HR departments in the event of new requirements and system changes.
