The Role

Role Requirements

Missions principales :

L'AMOA SAP Supply Chain & Production a pour mission d'accompagner les métiers dans la mise en place, l'évolution et l'optimisation des processus liés à la chaîne d'approvisionnement et à la production via SAP.



1. Analyse des besoins et cadrage du projet :

* Recueillir et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs métiers (Supply Chain, Production, Logistique, Achats…)

* Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et les cahiers des charges

* Proposer des solutions adaptées en lien avec les équipes Systèmes d'information et métiers

* Participer aux études d'impact et de faisabilité



2. Gestion de projet et coordination :

* Assurer le suivi et la gestion des projets SAP en mode Agile ou cycle en V

* Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes, définir et communiquer les Rôles et responsabilités (équipes métiers, DSI, intégrateurs, consultants…)

* Garantir le respect des délais, coûts et qualité des livrables

* Animer les comités de suivi et de pilotage, mettre à jour le reporting

* Préconisations d'amélioration des outils et méthodes projets et pilotages (Efficience)



3. Paramétrage, Recette et Déploiement

* Participer aux phases de configuration et de paramétrage de SAP (modules MM, PP, WM, SD…) avec le pôle SAP qui est responsable de cette partie.

* Piloter l'élaboration et la réalisation des scénarios de tests utilisateurs (UAT).

* Contribuer à la mise en production et à l'accompagnement au changement (Mise en service).



4. Support et amélioration continue

* Assister les utilisateurs dans l'exploitation quotidienne des modules SAP (questions métier, Niveau 1).

* Identifier et mettre en œuvre les améliorations continues des processus métiers

* Assurer la veille avec les équipes SAP et proposer des évolutions en lien avec les innovations SAP (S/4HANA, Fiori…) Compétences requises Compétences techniques :

* Bonne connaissance métier (usage) des modules SAP liés à la Supply Chain et à la Production (MM, PP, WM, SD…)

* Connaissance des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, cycle en V)

* Expérience de test de solutions SAP Compétences métiers :

* Bonne connaissance des processus Supply Chain (approvisionnement, gestion des stocks, logistique…)
