Job Description:
Our client is a global firm with great establishments within its industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Project Manager to oversee and manage SAP implementation projects across various business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP project management, a deep understanding of SAP solutions, and the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
* Engage with key stakeholders (business units, clients, vendors) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverable. Maintain communication to ensure expectations are met throughout the project life cycle.
* Supervise project teams, including functional and technical SAP consultants, to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved. Provide guidance, support, and training where necessary.
* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure efficient project execution. Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Oversee project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints. Allocate resources effectively to maximise productivity and reduce project costs.
* Ensure the quality of deliverable by implementing best practices in SAP project management. Review deliverable to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
* Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on project progress, milestones, issues, and resolutions. Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation.
Key Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in managing SAP projects, with a strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4 HANA)
* Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex SAP implementations and managing teams in diverse environments.
* Experience in Agile or Scrum project management methodologies is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. PMP, SAP certifications, or similar credentials are highly desirable.
* Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
* Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
