    Role Overview:
    As an IT Business Development Executive, you will be reporting to the team's Senior Manager and responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving the sales of our ERP solutions and other IT services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT solutions space, focusing on ERP systems and software solutions.
    * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client organizations.
    * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and grow the customer base.
    * Lead the sales process from initial contact to close, including conducting presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
    * Collaborate with internal teams (technical team members, consultants) to tailor ERP solutions that meet clients' specific needs and business objectives.
    * Provide market intelligence, feedback, and recommendations to improve our offerings and sales strategies.
    * Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.

    Required Qualifications:

    * Proven experience in IT sales or business development, with a focus on ERP systems preferred.
    * Understanding of ERP solutions and with similar industry background experience are great plus.
    * Demonstrated success in generating leads, managing sales cycles, and achieving revenue goals.
    * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    * Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
    * Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach to sales.
    * Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
