    Qualifications & Experience:

    * Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Sales, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
    * Experience: Proven experience in handling end-to-end project implementation and global business process transformation, particularly in Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
    * Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP/Sales-related systems and data reporting tools.
    * Process Improvement Expertise: Demonstrated success in business process reengineering, system integration, and managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
    * Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    * Certifications: Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile).
