    This role supports the daily tasks and functions of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, primarily Epicor ERP Kinetic and Salesforce, through troubleshooting, analysis, training, and managing business processes. As it relates to new features, the Administrator defines the business case, defines and tests scenarios, and develops and executes the implementation plan.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Troubleshoot and analyze issues related to Epicor ERP and Salesforce, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.
    * Manage and implement new functionality, software releases, and changes within ERP systems, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues
    * Oversee ERP security, manage user accounts and permissions, and handle technical issues. Collaborate with third-party consultants as needed.
    * Develop and execute training programs for end-users, ensuring effective use of ERP systems and processes.
    * Proactively identify areas for improvement in ERP processes and functionality, driving continuous enhancements.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Strong understanding of Epicor tools such as BAQ, Dashboards, and Data Management Tool. Knowledge of Salesforce tools (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning) is a plus.
    * At least 3 years of experience administering Epicor ERP Kinetic platform and working in a manufacturing environment. Project management experience is required.
    * Proven ability to manage projects, define scope, track progress, and resolve bottlenecks.
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.

    As a leading Value Added Reseller (VAR) specializing in ERP solutions, our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Acumatica Implementation Consultant to join their dynamic team. We specialize in providing comprehensive ERP solutions to businesses across various industries, leveraging our expertise to optimize operations and drive growth for our clients.

    As an Acumatica Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the successful deployment and integration of Acumatica ERP solutions for clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure the Acumatica system to meet their specific needs, and provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

    Role & Responsibilities



    * Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
    * Design and configure Acumatica ERP modules to align with client needs.
    * Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
    * Provide end-user training and support during and after system implementation.
    * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Acumatica implementation.
    * Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget project completion.
    * Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures.
    * Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, development, and support, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
    * Stay current with Acumatica product developments and updates, and incorporate new features and functionalities into client solutions.



    Skills & Qualifications



    * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    * Proven experience implementing Acumatica ERP solutions in a consulting or similar role.
    * Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes, particularly in manufacturing, distribution, or finance sectors.
    * Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
    * Experience in project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    * Acumatica certification(s) preferred but not required.
    * Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as needed.
