    Overview:
    We're seeking an experienced Epicor Prophet 21 Consultant to support a client through an upcoming system optimization and integration project. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of P21, with experience in finance, inventory, order management, and API/data integrations. This consultant will play a key role in improving business processes, configuring workflows, and training internal users to ensure the system is fully aligned with operational needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    *

    Lead or assist in the configuration, customization, and optimization of the Prophet 21 ERP system.

    Support modules including Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Entry, and Warehouse Management.
    *

    Analyze business workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement within P21.
    *

    Build or refine API and integration connections with third-party tools (eCommerce, CRM, EDI, etc.).

    Develop and manage data imports/exports, reporting, and dashboards.
    *

    Provide hands-on user support and training, ensuring adoption and best-practice use of P21 features.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and implement effective solutions.

    Troubleshoot system issues, perform testing, and ensure smooth post-implementation performance.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    *

    5+ years of Epicor Prophet 21 experience (latest versions preferred).
    *

    Strong understanding of distribution, supply chain, and inventory management workflows.
    *

    Proficiency with P21 database structure, API integrations, and data mapping.
    *

    Experience in financial and operational reporting within Prophet 21.
    *

    Hands-on experience with P21 EDI, DynaChange, or Data Cubes a plus.
    *

    Excellent communication and documentation skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    *

    Experience with P21 Cloud migrations or upgrades.
    *

    Exposure to middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft) or direct API development.

    Job description

    Position: System Administrator - ERP & IT Support

    We are looking for a highly capable and self-driven System Administrator to manage and support a cloud-hosted Epicor ERP environment. This role will serve as the primary on-site IT resource, supporting approximately 60 users and collaborating closely with a remote Corporate IT team.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Administer and maintain theEpicorERP system, including:

    * Troubleshooting application issues

    Position Summary:

    The Business Systems Manager is responsible for leading the administration, optimization, and support of the company's ERP platform (Epicor) and other integrated systems (CRM, HRIS, Office 365, etc.).
