Job Description:
A leading global organization is seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager, Oracle EBS to lead their Oracle application support and development operations across multiple regions. This role will involve overseeing the effective management of Oracle systems across multiple regions and ensuring smooth operations within the business.
Job Responsibilities:
* Report to CFO to plan and coordinate internal and external resources for the execution of IT projects, contributing to the company's strategic objectives.
* Lead the support and development of Oracle applications, representing the IT department in global initiatives.
* Contribute to the design and enhancement of global Oracle system architecture, integration processes, and long-term capability development.
* Supervise and guide third-party vendors in system development projects.
* Identify opportunities for operational improvements and assist in crafting proposals for system optimizations and new developments.
* Define and enforce standard operating procedures (SOP) for Oracle system support.
* Participate in integration projects, working to connect Oracle applications with other IT systems.
* Ensure training documentation is created for IT staff and key users as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
* A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* At least 8-10 years of experience in managing Oracle EBS application systems across finance, logistics, manufacturing modules.
* Familiar with Project Management, Solution Analysis with proven experience with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Oracle EBS R12.
* Expertise in managing Oracle EBS integration with third-party systems.
* Sound knowledge in Oracle Forms & Reports, database packages and etc.
* Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple levels and departments.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
