SAP Project Manager

Are you an experienced SAP Project Manager eager to take the lead on an upcoming SAP project?

Our client, based in Oslo, Norway, is looking for a SAP Project Manager to join their them. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of SAP solutions across the organization, driving business transformation and efficiency. The successful candidate must have experience managing a project in SAP and must be fluent in Norwegian.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they're completed on schedule, within scope, and budget.
* Create detailed project plans, effectively managing resources and timelines.
* Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business goals.
* Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
* Ensure the project mees the business's needs.
* Facilitate training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new SAP systems.

Qualifications:

* 3+ years' experience in SAP project management.
* Master's degree in a relevant field.
* Extensive experience with SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, or other relevant SAP products.
* Strong leadership abilities with experience of managing and motivating diverse project teams.
* Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Norwegian and English required.
* Ability to navigate high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.
