We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a growing team in a dynamic company. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules (including EC, LMS & TAM) and most importantly, a proven track record of successful implementation and support of HR systems. Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
* Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of various SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC), Learning Management (LMS), Performance & Goals (PMGM) and Time & Attendance Management (TAM).
* Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards to optimize the use of SAP SuccessFactors.
* Conduct system testing, data validation, and user training to ensure successful deployment and adoption of solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system errors in a timely manner.
* Stay current with the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates and enhancements to continuously improve system functionality.
* Provide post-implementation support and maintenance to ensure ongoing system performance and client satisfaction, the innovation does not stop after the go live!
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
* Proficiency in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Fluency in Norwegian is required.
