Role Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on S/4HANA, ERP, or SAP BTP implementations.
* Strong expertise in SAP system configuration and the ability to tailor SAP solutions to business needs, particularly in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Asset Management.
* Proven experience in leading SAP projects through full implementation cycles, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
* Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
* In-depth knowledge of industry-specific processes in manufacturing, retail, finance, or other sectors.
* Norwegian fluency (written and spoken) is required.
* Experience with other ERP or Cloud platforms is highly valued.
