Job Description

Our client is a universally recognized organization with over 15000 employees located in HK, Mainland China and the US. They are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join their Enterprise Solutions team and report directly to the IT Manager of the team. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and involving in various aspects of the company's corporate solutions including ERP, HRIS and other SaaS platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

* Involve in blueprint design, business user requirements gathering and then translating them to functional specifications
* Have the opportunity to lead and manage different projects teams and external stakeholders (vendors & consultants) during IT project delivery
* Monitor the delivery of IT solutions to ensure they meet project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
* Create and present requirement documents, including process mapping diagrams and workflow for stakeholders review
* Manage and collaborate with internal & external resources and business users throughout the whole project implementation period. Provide support and expertise during all phases of the IT project life cycle
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends. Facilitate and support business process change

Skills & Qualifications

* Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 6-8 years of IT experience, with substantial experience in Project Management, Business Analysis and System Implementation.
* Experience working on Agile or Hybrid projects is a plus.
* Aviation industry experience is a strong advantage.
* Proven expertise in ERP, HRIS, and SaaS Solutions
* Experience in stakeholder management and/or vendor management.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
