Senior SAP Basis Administrator

Job Description
Our client is a renown industry leader that is a listed company in Hong Kong and employs over 40,000 people worldwide. They are currently looking for a Senior SAP Basis Administrator to support their group IT team projects and enhancements.
Role & Responsibilities
* Involve in the formulation of Basis related work plan including but not limited to system architecture design, system monitoring, system improvement and etc.
* Provide day-to-day support to functional teams and business users with any technical and performance problems.
* Perform system configuration, disaster recovery drill test and performance tuning in the SAP system and database.
* Provide SAP technical and administration including authorization management, system performance, audit management, transport management, background jobs, patch installations, system backups and recovery, kernel upgrades, and OS and database maintenance.
* Work with vendors or third parties proactively and involve in technical discussion.
* Handle ad-hoc duties.
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
* Strong technical expertise in SAP BASIS and excellent problem-solving skills.
* S/4 HANA experience or knowledge is highly preferred.
* Hands-on experience in regional system roll out is a definite advantage.
* Possess in-depth knowledge in project management, server and system infrastructure.
* Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Cantonese speaking is a MUST.
* Candidates with more experience would be considered as Assistant Manager.
