Senior Manager (ERP)

* Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients, as well as secure new and follow-up projects, specifically within the wholesale, transport, and logistics sectors.
* Project Management: Lead full and partial projects focused on the sustainable development and optimization of business processes across the value chain, ensuring effective and economic use of ERP systems and other core applications for wholesale and logistics companies.
* Application Optimization: Manage projects aimed at optimizing ERP usage and other business applications (such as WMS, TMS, CRM) within our clients' extended application landscapes. This includes enhancing their Target Operating Model, IT organization, and related processes (ITSM, architecture, etc.).
* Digital Transformation Leadership: Oversee programs that support clients' digital transformation efforts through integrated business applications.
* Thought Leadership: Take on a leadership role in advancing the methods and tools within our ERP/IT Advisory Community.

This Role is for You if:

* You have a strong professional network and are skilled at maintaining relationships while building new strategic partnerships.
* You bring several years of experience with different ERP systems and have worked in logistics or wholesale, optimizing processes in sales, planning, procurement, production, logistics, and service.
* You have in-depth knowledge of leading ERP systems and relevant business applications.
* You are a results-oriented, communicative team player with an outstanding academic background in business, engineering, or IT.
* You are fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
