Business Analyst - Leading Fashion Retailer in UK

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

London Based - 4x a week in office based in central London

My client are a leading edge fashion footwear specialist, providing customers with innovative shoes to suit every occasion.

They pride themselves on their unique product range - created by their in-house design team and global brand partnerships, all of which are recognisable by their individuality, design and quality.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

* Understanding, documenting, and analysing business requirements. Translating those requirements into technical analysis and functionality for projects
* Ownership of documentation of the new software changes and new business processes
* Conduct testing of IT retail business application changes including the design and execution of repeatable test scripts
* Management and collaboration with project stakeholders of all levels
* Manage new system releases including monitoring of system changes, issue reporting and issue resolution
* Contribute to IT governance including the management of change requests in the IT retail business applications space and the creation /execution of repeatable project and support processes
* Create and maintain user support documentation
* Training of users in new functionality and the creation of training material
* Maintain a close working relationship with 3rd party software vendors
* Senior analysis in the support of business applications including in critical incidents
