Job Description:
We are looking for exceptional talent to join our client's expanding team in Hong Kong. Our client is a globally recognized retail leader with over 50 years of history. This IT Analyst role is essential in supporting the IT business partnering function and engaging in daily operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the IT liaison for assigned business areas, facilitating technology development, demand management, and solution exploration under IT Project Management team.
* Assist with all phases of system implementation, including testing, installation, configuration, upgrades, user training, and post-launch support.
* Execute the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process for efficient data integration.
* Utilize SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to generate reports and conduct data analysis.
* Contribute to IT business analysis, process mapping, and project management tasks.
* Collaborate closely with business units and system vendors to provide application support.
* Identify and troubleshoot issues related to business applications, ensuring smooth operations.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position, ideally within global-scale organizations.
* Experience in the supply chain, logistics, or sourcing fields is a plus.
* Proficiency in SQL Server and Microsoft 365 applications.
* Familiarity with system integration (e.g., EDI, API) is preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English.
* Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
