Job Description:

As part of their ongoing growth and transformation, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Enterprise Solutions to join their team.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, planning, and management of end-to-end project delivery.
* Set resources, timelines, and budgets; evaluate solutions and manage issues.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to maximize project efficiency.
* Drive continuous improvement in IT practices, ensuring compliance with Group standards.
* Manage daily maintenance and optimize enterprise solution platforms.
* Evaluate vendor performance and oversee development and implementation work.
* Lead and mentor team members, setting goals and providing guidance.
* Stay current with industry trends and propose opportunities for business strategy enhancement.
Qualifications:
* Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
* 6-8 years of experience in IT application development with proven success in enterprise solutions design, development, and project management.
* Experience in ERP, CRM, HRIS and etc is a definite advantage.
* Experience in leading teams for enterprise systems development projects is a plus.
* Strong experience in managing vendors/solutions providers, including tendering, contract management, and negotiations.
* Experience with software architecture, integration design, packaged solution delivery, data analytics, and cloud technologies is advantageous.
