Job Description:
We are looking for a self-motivated Junior IAM Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management team. You will assist in maintaining and enhancing IAM platforms, ensuring security and compliance across systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse user and access group data.
* Provide regular reports on IAM metrics and performance.
* Assist with IAM audits, security testing, and applying security controls.
* Support the development and operationalisation of security mandates.
Key Skills & Experience:
* 3 years of experience in IAM or security.
* Familiarity with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, RedHat Directory Service).
* Experience with IAM systems (e.g., SailPoint), PAM systems, and security controls.
* Experience with Unix, Linux, Windows, and database (Oracle, SQL) security.
* Scripting skills (PowerShell, XML, JavaBean, or similar) are a plus.
* University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

* Autonomous, solutions-oriented, and detail-focused.
* Fluent in English
