About the Role

As an SAP Finance Systems Manager, you'll bring expertise in ERP/SAP Finance development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support finance processes across various modules. You'll have opportunities to deepen your skills and lead initiatives that bridge technology and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive ERP/SAP Finance (FI-CO) development and support projects.
* Manage finance processes across modules like FI-CO, SD, PP, PS, MM, CS, GRC.
* Coordinate between stakeholders to align business and technology objectives.
* Build and support superuser communities within FI-CO.
* Document processes and provide training solutions.

Your Profile

Experience and Skills:

* 3-8 years of ERP/SAP experience, with expertise in FI-CO modules.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience with project and change management.
* Skilled in process mapping, documentation, and internal control systems.
* Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) is required.

Education:

* Master's degree in engineering, economics, or an equivalent field.
