Job Description:
Our client is a prestigious multinational listed conglomerate with a diverse portfolio of investments and ownership in some of the most renowned global brands. They are currently seeking a skilled SAP Business Analyst with a strong specialization in FI/CO to join their stable and growing team. This individual will play a pivotal role as a key member in the global rollout of the S/4 HANA project, contributing to the successful implementation and optimization of SAP systems across their operations.
Job Responsibilities:
* Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and business needs, delivering tailored SAP solutions.
* Responsible for designing system specifications, performing SAP configurations, conducting thorough testing, and documenting processes.
* Provide ongoing support for SAP systems (both ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA), ensuring seamless system performance and addressing any issues as they arise.
* Facilitate training sessions for end-users, including those based overseas, to ensure they are well-equipped to utilize SAP systems effectively and efficiently.
* Demonstrate a proactive, results-driven approach within the team, contributing to achieving organizational goals while maintaining high standards of performance.
* Provide consistent and reliable SAP support to regional offices, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with company-wide practices and objectives.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP features, updates, and industry best practices, suggesting improvements or upgrades to optimize business operations and enhance system performance.
Job Requirements:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Higher Diploma or a University degree (or higher) is required.
* SAP Expertise: Proven experience in SAP FICO, with solid knowledge of SAP configuration and system setup.
* SAP S/4HANA Knowledge: Experience with or knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
* Additional SAP Modules: Familiarity with or an interest in other SAP modules such as SD, MM is a plus.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese is a must. Proficiency in Mandarin will be considered an advantage.
* Willingness to Travel: Flexibility and readiness to travel internationally for business-related trips when required.
* Personal Attributes: A pleasant and professional demeanor with a strong team-oriented mindset, demonstrating a positive attitude and adaptability in the workplace.
* Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaborative working relationships.
