Job Description:
Our client, a prominent multinational manufacturing company, is looking for a Group Transformation Business Process Executive. This key role will be responsible for leading the transformation of business processes across Finance, HR, and Reporting functions on a global scale, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process Standardization: Establish and implement standardized processes across multiple regions for Finance, HR, and Reporting, in line with the company's operating model.
* Change Management: Define and manage change initiatives, including conducting impact assessments and developing training programs for smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global teams, including Finance, HR, IT, and third-party vendors, to define business requirements and ensure the smooth integration of new systems.
* Optimization & Innovation: Analyze and assess current processes to identify inefficiencies and implement optimizations that improve quality, reduce costs, and boost operational efficiency.
* Compliance & Reporting: Maintain adherence to global regulatory requirements and establish accurate financial and HR reporting frameworks for consistency across regions.
* KPI Development: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of transformation efforts, ensuring continuous improvement.
* Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Challenge existing processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance financial and HR operations, improving competitive advantage and operational excellence.
* Training & Knowledge Transfer: Ensure effective knowledge transfer by delivering thorough training, empowering end-users to successfully adopt and follow new processes and systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, HR, Accounting, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in global business process transformation, particularly in Finance, HR, and Reporting.
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP/HRIS systems and data reporting tools.
* Process Improvement Expertise: Demonstrated success in business process reengineering, system integration, and managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Certifications: Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile).
* Industry Expertise: Background in B2B, manufacturing, or related industries.
* Tools: Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira.
