Job Description:
Currently, we are working with a leading global company that provides logistics and supply chain solutions with its headquartered in Hong Kong, with operations spanning over 70 countries. The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager / Assistant Manager in the Finance department to support key projects and drive process re-engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project planning and execution for various accounting system implementation/enhancements projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
* Supervise, coach, and provide guidance to team members within the Financial Systems Section, helping them with systems analysis, design, and implementation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT development and business management, to ensure smooth integration and adoption of financial systems.
* Oversee and manage day-to-day administration activities related to SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
* Actively participate in system enhancements and re-engineering initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Provide responsive support and guidance to users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience with financial/accounting systems, particularly SAP FI/CO modules. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager role.
* Proficiency in Excel VBA Macro Programming, MS Access, MS SQL, and Microsoft Power BI is an advantage.
* Previous experience in SAP functional consulting, financial data modeling, and data visualization is beneficial.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in Chinese, English, and Mandarin.
