Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a rapidly expanding in-house firm based in Hong Kong. They are seeking a HRIS Project Specialist to support the implementation of their HRIS system and further enhance business operations. Key Responsibilities:
* Under the HR team, you will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful HRIS system implementation and ongoing management.
* Provide daily system support, addressing end-user inquiries and ensuring smooth system operation.
* Participate in HRIS project implementations and system enhancements such as UAT, configuration, security administration, report writing, post-go-live optimization, and cross-functional coordination to optimize efficiency and functionality
* Create training materials and user guides, and lead internal training sessions to ensure users are proficient with the system.
* Gather and analyze user requirements, offering practical solutions to improve system design and functionality.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Proven experience in HRIS project implementation and support.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle PeopleSoft) is a distinct advantage.
* Knowledge in key business areas such as HR & Admin, Automation, and Digitalization/System Integration is preferred.
* Ability to quickly identify issues and find practical solutions, thinking critically to enhance system performance.
* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
