We are seeking a skilled Epicor Analyst to join our team based in Keele. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the Epicor ERP system, working closely with business teams to ensure the system aligns with organisational needs. You will use your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operation and optimisation of the Epicor platform, enabling efficient decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration: Customise and configure the Epicor ERP system to meet the business requirements and improve internal processes.

Support & Troubleshooting: Provide first-line support for the Epicor system, resolve technical issues, and offer timely solutions to users.

Data Management: Oversee data accuracy and integrity by managing data imports, exports, and validation within the system.

Reporting: Develop and generate custom reports and dashboards to support business operations and provide actionable insights.

Training & Documentation: Deliver training to users on system functionality and create comprehensive user documentation to support system adoption and understanding.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in system performance and processes, proposing enhancements based on user feedback and system analysis.

Requirements:

Proven experience in configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Epicor ERP systems.
Strong understanding of business processes and how they map to the Epicor system.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
Experience with reporting tools, data management, and system customisation.
Ability to communicate complex technical issues in a clear and accessible manner.
Knowledge of system administration, system upgrades, and integration's within Epicor.
A proactive approach to continuous improvement, with an ability to suggest and implement process enhancements.
Desirable Skills:

Experience in ERP system implementations and upgrades.
Knowledge of additional ERP modules or related technologies.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Previous experience in user training and documentation.
