Epicor Crystal Reports Specialist

Job Overview

Client is seeking a Crystal Reports & UI Customization Consultant to support its Epicor 2024.2 upgrade. This role focuses on refining Crystal Reports, implementing UI customizations, and integrating BPMS code to enhance system functionality and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Customize and optimize Crystal Reports to align with business requirements
* Integrate UI-embedded code into BPMS
* Enhance dashboard functionality and improve data visualization
* Work independently while collaborating with the internal IT team to troubleshoot and refine system performance
* Apply best practices for report development and ERP customization

Requirements

* Proven expertise in Crystal Reports development and customization
* Experience working with Epicor ERP (preferably 2024.2)
* Proficiency in BPMS integration and UI customizations
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and technical documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with SSRS reporting
* Experience with Epicor Kinetic
* Based in Canada
