Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a knowledgeable team across multiple skillsets
* Provide expertise within functional SAP solutions across modules such as FICO or MM or SD
* Implement, configure, and optimizing SAP modules for clients
* Gain an understanding of business requirements and transfer this into SAP functionality
* Assisting with system upgrades, migration and improvements continuously
* Support clients with issue resolution and user training

Key Requirements

* Strong background in SAP functionality
* Familiarity working alongside a multi-skilled team and communication skills
* Knowledge of SAP different modules
* Structured, problem solving and analytical skills
* Background in cloud solutions and an interest in new technologies
* Fluency in Norwegian

What You'll Be Doing:
Join the Logistics Department as a Senior or Principal SAP Consultant, where you'll play a key role in designing and delivering full-cycle SAP implementations focused on the Order to Cash (O2C) processes.

* Lead end-to-end SAP projects, from scoping to go-live, with a focus on delivering value through smart, scalable solutions.
* Engage directly with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into dynamic SAP configurations.
* Utilise your expertise in S/4HANA to streamline operations, improve performance, and drive transformation.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering insights into emerging SAP technologies and best practices.
* Collaborate across teams to tackle complex challenges and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience with hands-on SAP consulting, with deep knowledge in O2C processes.
* Proven record working with SAP S/4HANA, especially in logistics and supply chain domains.
* Strong client-facing skills and the ability to lead workshops, solution design, and project delivery.
* Fluency in local language (Norwegian).
