Our Client is a publicly listed company with global footprint in over 100 countries across 4 continents. Currently, we have a fresh position of System Analyst to be responsible for their Oracle E-Business Suite systems and other enterprise applications as well as support upcoming projects.

Role & Responsibilities

* This role will report to the team's manager. Involve in business users' requirements study, design, development, enhancement and maintenance.
* Coordinate with business users requirements collection and vendor management to ensure smooth delivery of the projects.
* Pariticipate in system integrations with other business applications.
* Encode, test, debug, maintain and document programs and applications.
* Provide support to users across different regions whenever it is necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

* Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite or similar ERP.
* Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle RDBMS, SQL, Java.
* Experience in system development, configuration, design and testing.
* Good command in both written English and Chinese. Great communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to do well as a team player and an individual contributor.

Participation aux projets SI

* Accompagner chaque étape de la réalisation du projet jusqu'à la mise en place finale.
* Recueillir, analyser, formaliser les besoins des services métier.
* Participer à l'élaboration du cahier des charges
* réaliser les spécifications fonctionnelles à destination des développeurs.
* Assurer en relation avec les équipes de développement, le suivi des développements.
* Paramétrer éventuellement les systèmes applicatifs
* créer les scénarios et jeux de tests fonctionnels
* Réaliser les tests fonctionnels et vérifier la conformité de l'application avec les objectifs fixés et les résultats attendus.
* Détecter, diagnostiquer les anomalies, analyser les solutions et les soumettre à correction.
* Participer au déploiement et former les utilisateurs à la nouvelle application.



Dans le cadre de sa mission, le business analyst pourra se voir attribuer la gestion de projet avec un accompagnement adapté.



Maintenance et évolution des application

* Avoir un suivi permanent de la qualité de service liée à son domaine applicatif et notamment concernant les dysfonctionnements intervenant sur les applications ou processus métier
* Mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires pour réduire ou corriger ces dysfonctionnements
* Maintenir une relation permanente et constructive avec les organisations métier de son domaine afin de leur apporter une réponse efficace à leurs attentes.

L'ingénieur développeur SIRH (MOE) sera responsable de mettre en œuvre les évolutions et les corrections du SIRH, en garantissant la cohérence technique et en respectant les bonnes pratiques de développement.

Il/elle devra surveiller l'activité des serveurs et assurer le bon déroulement des opérations courantes.

De plus, il/elle participera aux projets d'intégration et à la maintenance des solutions en production.



Ses principales missions seront:

* Rédiger les spécifications techniques, développer, paramétrer et déployer les évolutions et corrections du SIRH selon les besoins de la MOA



* Rédiger et suivre les demandes auprès des fournisseurs (comme SOPRA) ou des partenaires internes (comme la DSI du groupe pour les interfaces)



* Fournir le support de niveau 3 à l'équipe MOA pour les différentes applications SIRH



* Rapporter au responsable SIRH et signaler tout incident



* Participer activement à la gestion des projets
